Position: Area Sales Representative
Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum + Commission Structure

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Area Sales Representative to join a well-established international organisation operating within the hydraulic connection and industrial equipment sector. This is a field-based role suited to a driven Area Sales Representative who enjoys developing new business, managing accounts and working autonomously while being supported by a structured internal team.
The Role:
Acquire new customers and develop existing accounts within your designated territory
Analyse competitor activity and monitor ongoing market developments
Negotiate pricing and manage order processing in coordination with internal technical and operational teams
Deliver a professional, service-led approach to customers
Work independently to achieve and exceed agreed sales targetsThe Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in outside/field sales (2 years preferred)
Independent, assertive and structured approach to managing your territory
Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
Flexible with working hours as required for a field-based Area Sales Representative
Full UK driving licence
Technical or commercial knowledge of the hydraulic or industrial sector (preferred but not essential)What’s on Offer:
