1. Pay: £30,000 Basic DOE + £8k Realistic OTE
2. Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday + Saturdays on a rota

Duties as a Parts Advisor in Guildford include:
8. Serving the workshop with vehicle parts and accessories, primarily from the back counter
9. Handling customer and trade enquiries via phone and face to face
10. Managing stock levels and ordering parts as required
11. Supporting the team during busy periods, contributing to the overall efficiency of the parts department
12. Assisting with stock takes and inventory management
13. Maintaining excellent customer service standards at all times
Specification for our Parts Advisor role:
14. Relevant experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a car dealership
15. Good mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle parts
16. Strong communication and customer service skills
17. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
18. Enthusiastic with a desire to progress within the automotive industry
