The Role: We are looking for a patient, understanding, and resilient Behavioural Support Assistant to join a specialist school for pupils aged 4–11 with a variety of complex needs. The successful applicant will work closely with teaching staff and the wider support team to help pupils manage their behaviour, develop emotional regulation skills, and engage fully in learning within a safe, structured setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide behavioural support to pupils on a 1:1 basis and within small groups.
