Role: Account Handler – Commercial Insurance
Location: Office-based (flexible after probation)
Salary: £30,000–£40,000 DOE

What You’ll Be Doing
* Own and manage your own portfolio of commercial clients, taking responsibility for renewals, MTAs, invoicing, and general client servicing
* Prepare pre-renewal reports and provide proactive advice to clients
* Work across a wide variety of commercial insurance classes, including:
* Commercial Combined
* Motor Trade
* Professional Indemnity
* Cyber
* Attend client and insurer meetings, building strong, long-term relationships
* Support Account Executives and contribute to the growth and success of the team
What We’re Looking For
* 2–3+ years of commercial broking experience (experience with Acturis is a plus)
* Confident handling clients and managing your own renewals
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving
* Excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels
* Ambition to develop your career and take on increasing responsibility
