Pastoral Support Officer – Fixed Term until July 2026, 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days).
Salary: £22,094 – £25,183 per annum (subject to experience).
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage the behaviour of students within the school.
* Implement strategies and interventions to support students in developing positive behaviours and attitudes towards learning.
* Work closely with teachers and parents to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
* Engage in safeguarding responsibilities, including administering first aid or supporting upset children.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel.
* Experience in safeguarding and working with children.
* Subject to safeguarding checks, including an enhanced DBS check and Children’s Barred List check.
* Right to work in the UK.
