Liquid Personnel are currently looking for an experienced Social Work Team Manager to join the Safeguarding team in Haringey.

In this role you will:
* Provide management and support to ensure the team delivers a high-quality social work service to children and families, working in partnership with other statutory and third sector organizations.
* Ensure that the team of Social Workers, Senior Practitioners, and other social care staff are provided with excellent management, supervision, appraisal, and personal development opportunities.
* Contribute to the development of practice and policy initiatives across children's services.
Essential requirements of this Social Work Team Manager role:
* Ability to provide leadership to the team
* Understanding of Performance Assessment Framework within the context of high-quality social work practice
* Ability to supervise staff, assess professional competence, enable further professional development, influence and coach others, and raise standards
* Social Work qualified, with valid Social Work England registration
