Senior Finance Manager – FP&A 37.5 hours p/w (Mon-Fri) Hybrid: 2 days in Toddington HO As the Senior Finance Manager for FP&A is to define and deliver the financial planning and analysis processes for Moto including; long term business planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance, investment appraisal and decision making support. Engaging stakeholders from across the business and within the Finance function for a consistency in our financial planning and appraisal rhythm underpinned by attention to detail, curiosity, analysis, influence, and challenge to deliver and improve our financial performance and long term value. Potential on target bonus of 20% Car allowance 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Life assurance Up to 60% discount for you, your partner as well as your family and friends Enhanced benefits, including maternity, paternity, pension, sick pay and life assurance Fabulous training and development opportunities including funding qualifications You will be responsible for Define, communicate, and embed Financial Planning process to all stakeholders Co-ordination, preparation and delivery of annual budget, quarterly forecast, 5 year plan and performance analysis Preparation of Operating Board and Shareholder Board presentations and actions Continuous improvement of FP&A process, data and outputs ensuring alignment from stakeholders Influencing business decisions through sound financial and strategic analysis aligned to strategy Risk and opportunity management (and mitigation) to aid delivery of EBITDA and cash generation targets (in collaboration with Financial Controller) Define, communicate, and embed a robust investment appraisal process for Moto, focused on delivering strategic priorities (value generation both long and short term) Collaborate across the business to assess feasibility of capital projects, complete with sensitivity analysis and recommendations focused on payback and IRR thresholds Lead post investment analysis and reviews to ensure investments are delivering as expected and action plan where remediation's are required Responsible for the preparation and stakeholder engagement of financial budgets and forecasts of capital expenditure and benefits Lead team to deliver month end responsibilities including period end close, balance sheet management, ROI and spend reporting, ad-hoc analysis and project support where required What we're looking for: A qualified accountant Proven track record in FP&A Advanced Excel skills Self motivated, with the ability to plan and prioritise workload Communicate, collaborate, and influence effectively with stakeholders strong attention to detail with the ability to ladder up and tell the strategic story.
