The Role Reporting to the Bids & Tender Manager you will be required to liaise with suppliers to gain price support and assist with: Tender Pricing: Working with the sales network to support on price files by obtaining product costs and supported costs from key suppliers in a timely and efficient manner. As well as obtaining system codes to match with customer data, procuring the best price possible by using our strategic suppliers and providing key information to assist the external mobilisation team to identify the products on-site. Non-Core Price File: updating the non-core items on the system so the prices are kept up to date whilst doing tenders. Creations: All implementation PCF (Product Creation Form) and transactional creations to be validated, checked, and sent to the product file maintenance team. Price Support: Obtaining price support from key suppliers to enhance the pricing strategy to our customers and increase margin capabilities. Continuous Improvement: Working with your management team to improve processes, increase efficiency and reduce times to improve the service to our customers, working to ensure we are operating to best practices.
