On this occasion we are not accepting newly qualified nurses. You will require current NMC registration and post‑registration experience.
This role is offered on a permanent basis. The hours are full‑time, 37.5 hours per week.
Main duties of the job
As a community nursing team our service operates 8am to 8pm. As a member of the team you would be expected to work either part‑time or full‑time over a shift system which includes early and late shifts across 7 days including weekends and bank holidays. As a trust we have an excellent flexible working policy and work in partnership with our staff to meet the needs of the service.
In the community Trust we mobile work which you will be equipped for (using a laptop and smart phone device); not only is this safer because you will have access to all patient information at your fingertips, it also means you can complete records and any other patient paperwork in real time, so you can then focus all your attention on your next patient.

Qualifications and Experience
* Willingness to undertake further training
* NMC registered
* Driving licence and use of vehicle
* Evidence of continued learning
* Evidence of working without direct supervision
* Experience of working with students or learners in practice
* Previous experience of Community Nursing
* Evidence of post registration training
* Teaching and assessing qualification
