About this opportunity
I am seeking to appoint someone to this important role in a very good, cohesive team, which will only get better, and fast!
Expressions of interest are sought from anyone with the relevant level, breadth and depth of skills/experience and knowledge, and have the mindset, energy and stamina to move at pace in a relatively new and rapidly, changing environment.
Putting it into perspective, the job involves taking the lead role in overseeing a significant, corporate volume of business as usual, coupled with both efficiency savings/income generation and transformation work, much of which is likely to be complex; statutory/regulatory, and time critical (...it always is!).
So, if you are up for a very demanding role in a ‘very good team, cohesive team’, (where it’s a given that you want to improve and change things for the better), then please apply asap. Outlining in writing, in no more than 500 words, how your skills and experience make the best match for this opportunity.
If you would like a more detailed chat about the role in the first instance, or indeed, have any questions, then please do not hesitate to contact me, Conway Stewart.
Interviews will take place w/c 11 March at Cumbria House, Carlisle.
........GOOD LUCK!
What can we offer you!
Excellent training and development offers
Flexible working opportunities
Opportunity to join the Local Government Pension Scheme
Boost your pension with Shared Cost Additional Voluntary Contributions (facilitated by AVC Wise)
