Location: Oldham Job Purpose: This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for delivering excellent customer service, working with vulnerable adults in our Supported Living Service. We are seeking concierge personnel to take responsibility for the daytime operations in a Supported Living property, including front of house customer service, security, health and safety, minor administrative duties, cleanliness and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: The primary aim of the concierge is to ensure security of the facilities and to provide a safe and protected environment. To greet all visitors and provide outstanding customer service to all, visitors and residents of the facility. To undertake regular building checks/housing tasks and to provide effective liaison with care staff and emergency services involved in relation to housing and security issues. To address all health and safety and security matters appropriately ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all. To keep administrative building records and liaise with management and staff as appropriate.
