Purpose
Red4Bed is a dynamic and innovative start-up healthcare/lifestyle company dedicated to revolutionizing the sleep market. We are moving from pre‑commercial to launch and seek an experienced product & brand marketing manager to lead this process. The role involves translating our Sage × Creator brand blueprint into creative, performance-driven campaigns and retail-ready collateral.
Core Functions & Key Responsibilities
1. Go-to-Market Execution & DTC Growth
* Lead launch strategy and performance across Shopify, landing pages, and UX optimization.
* Manage paid media campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google to meet CAC and ROAS targets.
* Integrate tools for 3PL and customer service to support smooth fulfillment.
1. Brand & Content Development
* Oversee creative production including packaging, photography, video, and UGC.
* Maintain brand consistency across channels.
2. Lifecycle & Retention Marketing
* Build automated email and SMS flows (welcome, post-purchase, win-back).
* Conduct A/B tests to optimize engagement and conversions.
3. Influencer & Community Engagement
* Manage influencer outreach, seeding campaigns, and rights management.
* Moderate and grow online community platforms.
* Identify and execute co-marketing partnerships.
4. Insights & Analytics
* Conduct surveys and analyze data to inform strategies.
* Track performance metrics and report regularly.
5. Retail & Compliance Support
* Prepare marketing materials for retail stakeholders.
* Ensure materials comply with UK/EU regulations.
Experience & Skills Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing (minimum 2:1)
* 3–5 years in FMCG, wellness, or DTC start-up marketing
* Experience with physical product launches and experiential events
* Proficiency in Shopify, CRM, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Spark partnerships
* Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
* Proven experience in lifecycle/email automation and CRO testing
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Gantt project management tools
