BES Asset Reliability - Reliability Engineer Position
BES Asset Reliability, part of the BES Group, is seeking Reliability Engineers to join our dynamic team. We specialize in providing reliability and condition-based maintenance solutions, consultancy, and training services to improve productivity and extend the lifespan of critical machinery. Our goal is to establish ourselves as the leading maintenance and reliability service provider in the UK.
We have openings across the UK and Ireland for both newly qualified and experienced Reliability Engineers. Candidates for this role must be willing to travel and work internationally. Ideally, you should be based in or near Middlesbrough and be prepared to travel within the North East and potentially beyond.
Responsibilities:
1. Utilize Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Condition Based Maintenance (CBM), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques to enhance plant reliability.
2. Conduct CBM techniques using vibration analysis, ultrasound, thermography, and oil analysis.
3. Collect and analyze equipment performance data, failure data, and maintenance history to develop engineering solutions and improve asset performance.
4. Perform Laser Alignment, Balancing, and Video Deflection Studies.
5. Undertake FAT performance testing at vendor premises as needed.
6. Assess and report on machine performance, make improvement recommendations, and set up online/wireless systems.
7. Contribute to business performance, growth, and profitability.
8. Maintain client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
9. Assist in various tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
* Willingness to travel internationally
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat PDF writer
* Experience with CBM hardware and software from reputable brands
* Background in relevant industries like marine, rail, nuclear, mining, manufacturing, or chemical
* Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification
* Level 1 Vibration certification with practical experience
* Full UK driving license
