Talent Acquisition Advisor | Circa £32,800 per annum
Contract
Please note this is a fixed‑term contract from February 2026 until August 2026.
Role Overview
This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the candidate experience from attraction to onboarding. You'll partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, design targeted sourcing strategies and ensure a seamless candidate journey. Working with central teams at Forest House, you'll drive Talent Acquisition activity, using data and technology to foster an inclusive, empowering environment.
* Supporting Hiring Managers: Build strong relationships with managers, anticipate resourcing needs, support recruitment processes in Dayforce Recruit, resolve issues and deliver training.
* Candidate Management: Support managers with inclusive candidate screening and interviews, ensure timely communication throughout selection and manage onboarding from offer to induction.
* Compliance & Reporting: Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment law, internal policies and data privacy, monitor recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements for efficiency and candidate experience.
* Collaborative partnership: Champion new technologies and processes, partner with the central Talent Acquisition team to overcome sourcing challenges, promote a 'one team' culture and contribute to cross‑village projects supporting learning and development.
* Brand Ambassador: Support the Talent Acquisition Partner with local awareness campaigns, manage agencies and talent pipelines and keep up with external best practices and innovations.
Commute

Hours of work
This is a full‑time position with working patterns designed to support both our operational needs and your work‑life balance. Core hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. This is a hybrid role with both office and home‑working, and you will be required to work in the office a minimum of 3 days a week.
About You
* Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
* Strong ability to collate, interpret and use data for decision‑making.
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
* Knowledge of employment law, regulations and DE&I best practices.
* Skilled in stakeholder management and effective communication.
* Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Assistant or Advisor.
* Ability to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Self‑motivated, curious and growth‑oriented with an external perspective to drive best practice.
