Currently in a leadership role and ready for a new challenge? We seek a skilled Service Manager to work across supported living services in Liverpool.
What you'll be doing
* Lead and oversee the day to day running of 3 supported living services across Liverpool, including a new one opening this year, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Support and supervise care staff, fostering a positive team culture and professional growth.
* Develop personalised support plans that focus on individual needs and preferences.
* Monitor service performance through audits, feedback, and KPIs, implementing improvements as needed.
* Lead recruitment, training, and staff appraisals to maintain a motivated, skilled workforce.
* Complete regular supervisions and 1-1s with your team, mentoring and empowering them to succeed.
What you'll bring
* Experience in a leadership role within adult social care, especially with complex needs, mental health, and learning disability.
* Relevant qualifications with a minimum of NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, or Level 5 Leadership & Management, or working towards this.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills with the passion and commitment to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable people.
* Ability to manage budgets, resources, and staff effectively; attend meetings and adhere to all internal policies and procedures.
* Sound knowledge of safeguarding procedures and developing person-centred support plans.
