Social Impact Team
for a Skilling Advisor. Key responsibilities: Design and deliver skilling strategies, workshops and learning pathways tailored to diverse audiences. Develop and curate training content, workshops, and learning resources on: AI tools, Cloud services, data governance, analytics platform and AI/data capabilities as well as Power Platform tools including PowerApps, Power Automate, and low-code/no-code solutions Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., NGOs, non-profits, or global organizations) to assess learning needs and deliver impactful skilling programs. Track learner engagement, feedback, and outcomes to continuously improve offerings. Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate new capabilities into learning plans. Act as a trusted advisor and evangelist for digital transformation through skilling. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in digital skilling, learning & development, or technical enablement. Strong knowledge of AI tools particularly Microsoft 365 Co-pilot, Cloud services particularly Azure (especially Foundry, Purview, Fabric), and Power Platforms. Experience designing and delivering training for technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. This is a
PAYE
role with a potential 5% bonus. You will also benefit from paid annual leave, paid sick, paid bank holidays, pension & notice period. This position is
primarily remote, with occasional travel (less than 5% of the time) required for on-site customer meetings.
