Contracts and Delivery Administrator Opportunity
Are you a detail:oriented administrator with a passion for organisation and excellent customer service? We're looking for a Contracts and Delivery Administrator to support our busy Contracts Team. Youll play a key role in vehicle and stock record management, invoicing, and ensuring smooth communication with both internal departments and external clients.
Contracts and Delivery Administrator Duties
: Provide admin support to Contracts Controllers and Area Sales Managers
: Maintain accurate vehicle records, stock control, and tax/SORN renewals
: Liaise with customers and internal teams, resolving queries professionally
: Monitor shared inboxes, track purchase orders, and assist with invoicing
: Support contract creation and maintain internal systems
: Provide cover during team absences and contribute to continuous improvement
Contracts and Delivery Administrator skills/experience required
: Strong administrative experience ideally gained within a similar / fleet administrator role
: Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
: Confident communicator with great customer service ethos
: Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
: Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
: Proactive and solutions:focused mindset
