HR Business Partner

You’ll work closely with your HR peers and partner with leaders across multiple UK sites, supporting the delivery of a people plan that is practical, commercially focused, and aligned to where the business is heading.
The organisation operates within a wider UK structure, so you’ll need to be comfortable navigating a matrix environment, understanding local challenges while also thinking more broadly and contributing at a higher level.
What you’ll be doing:
* Partnering with leaders to support business performance through people
* Contributing to and delivering key people initiatives across the employee lifecycle
* Using data, insight, and judgement to guide decision-making
* Supporting organisational change and helping leaders lead through it
* Driving consistency and raising standards across multiple sites
* Balancing hands-on delivery with a more strategic, forward-looking mindset
What we’re looking for:
* Experience as an HR Business Partner and ready to step up
* Background in multi-site, operational, or fast-paced environments
* Comfortable working within a matrix or more complex structure
* Able to balance detail with bigger-picture thinking
* Commercial awareness and confidence working with senior stakeholders
* A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
