As the ECMS Process Coordinator, you will: Lead and evolve the Product EMS clearing processes. Partner across departments and with the VW Group to uphold the highest compliance standards. Deliver data-driven insights through compliance dashboards and executive reporting. Act as the subject matter expert for environmental compliance, driving improvements and innovation. We're looking for someone with: Proven experience in project management and compliance systems. Strong grasp of quality management, continuous improvement, and risk assessment. The ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels. Environmental focused background. Automotive experience and knowledge of EMS systems are a major plus.
