Programme Steps and Qualifications
1. Step 1 – APM (Association for Project Management) Qualification
The APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) provides fundamental principles of the project profession. Study time is approximately 20 hours and the qualification is achieved by completing a 1‑hour multiple‑choice exam. The course is delivered online with exam simulators and revision tools. A one‑hour online revision workshop is provided before the exam.
2. Step 2 – PRINCE2 Foundation
PRINCE2 is the most recognised methodology used by Project Managers worldwide and is critical for new project management roles.
o Process‑driven methodology
o Study time approximately 15–20 hours, qualification achieved by a 1‑hour multiple‑choice exam
o Online course with exam simulators and revision tools
o One‑hour online revision workshop provided
3. Step 3 – Project Management Simulation
o Complete an exclusive online simulated project assignment that mirrors real‑world project scenarios.
o Projects are graded by a tutor, who issues a certificate of completion.
4. Step 4 – Recruitment Support
o Consultation to secure an entry‑level project management position.
o Job application support, interview preparation, and CV review tailored to new qualifications.
o Role guidance and mock interviews to maximise placement chances.
Financial Options
The training package can be financed on terms up to one year. An initial deposit (approximately £180) is required to start the training, allowing candidates to be placed in a first role before completing the full financing period.
Participants are eligible for a money‑back guarantee: if within one year after passing the formal qualifications a role is not secured, study fees (minus exam costs) are refunded.
