Tradewind Recruitment is working with multiple secondary schools across the Wirral who are seeking energetic and motivated Sports Graduates to work as Cover Supervisors. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a classroom environment while utilising your sporting background and leadership skills.
The Role:
* Delivering pre-set work across a range of subjects, including PE.
* Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring pupils remain focused and engaged.
* Providing a positive and safe learning environment.
* Working on a flexible basis - day-to-day, part-time or full-time depending on your availability.
Ideal for Candidates Who:
* Are Sports Science, Coaching, or Physical Education graduates.
* Have previous experience working with children or young adults (e.g., coaching, tutoring, youth work).
* Are considering a future in teaching and want valuable classroom experience.
* Are confident managing groups of students in a school setting.
Requirements:
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one).
* Legal right to work in the UK.
* Two professional references.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
