Senior Ecologist
Location: Brighton
Salary: 30,000–40,000
I am pleased to announce that we are looking for a Senior Ecologist to join a brilliant team in Brighton! They work with a range of clients (involving some of the largest house-builders in the UK!) and have an excellent network of over 30 experienced professionals on their team.

They are a multi-disciplinary consultancy, where you would get the opportunity to work with a mix of skilled consultants in landscape, urban design and heritage. This will support you in developing a broader understanding of developments as well as ecology and biodiversity.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting junior members of staff as well as the lead ecologist in project delivery.
* Leading protected species surveys and overseeing PEAs, EcIAs, HRAs and BNG assessments.
* Using QGIS to prepare technical drawings.
Requirements:
* Experience with protected species surveys (survey licences beneficial).
* Strong knowledge of wildlife legislation.
* Full UK driving licence.
