Responsibilities:
* Manage document control processes across multiple architecture projects
* Maintain project filing systems and ensure version control of drawings and specifications
* Coordinate project documentation between internal teams and external consultants
* Support project teams with scheduling, meeting minutes, and general administration
* Assist with compliance and QA procedures related to project documentation
Skills & Experience:
* Prior experience in architecture, engineering, or construction environments preferred
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Familiarity with document control platforms (e.g. Asite, Aconex, Deltek, or similar)
* Confident communicator with a proactive approach
* Comfortable working across multiple projects and deadlines
