Your road to success
This role is vital for delivering excellent service to the field-based sales and support teams across various sales channels, including UK and international corporate business and the Public Sector. You will assist Business Development Managers, customers, and dealers by acting as an intermediary, advisor, product specialist, and administrator.
You’ll need a customer-first mindset, focusing on efficiently and accurately processing customer quotations and orders by working with the vehicle purchasing department.
You can do this as a Sales Support Executive with responsibilities including:
1. Processing fleet finance proposals, including quotations and pricing, collaborating with the pricing and risk department to ensure accurate RVs and remarketing considerations.
2. Communicating proactively with the field sales team to provide rate books and support tender requirements efficiently and in line with objectives.
3. Responding promptly and professionally to incoming calls/emails, providing rapid responses to queries, and accurately processing customer orders in coordination with the vehicle purchasing department.
4. Communicating clearly with dealers and manufacturers to obtain vehicle or pricing information for bespoke build quotations or customer requirements, and managing the current order bank.

Join us as a Sales Support Executive, working at least 37.5 hours per week. We seek someone passionate about our business, capable of advising on vehicle specifics, including ICE, EV, and PHEV, and staying updated on lead times, stock levels, and availability. You should have:
* Experience in a customer-focused administrative role
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience in motor fleet or retail finance (preferred)
* Knowledge of finance legislation (advantageous but training provided)
* Knowledge of fleet and leasing products (preferred)
