We are looking for an experienced Clinical Psychologist or Psychological Therapist with a passion for clinical leadership to join the Bradford and Airedale Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) Service as Clinical Lead. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping psychological practice, influencing therapeutic delivery, and embedding psychologically informed care across a nationally recognised high‑performing service.
The role includes a small clinical caseload, enabling you to maintain accreditation and advanced clinical skills. You will also oversee therapy outcome measures, working closely with our Data Analyst and Assistant Psychologist to collate, interpret and translate data into service improvements, with significant scope to shape research, evaluation, and innovative approaches.
