Offer description

Proactive Personnel are currently looking for a Purchase and Sales Ledger Clerk to start work on a permanent basis in Blackburn.

Duties include:

1. Generate invoices using accounting software.
2. Process customer orders and supplier invoices.
3. Update and maintain sales reports accurately.
4. General administrative duties.
5. Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
6. Provide general administrative support to the accounts team as required.

Requirements:

7. Must be able to work independently, be committed, have strong analytical skills, high levels of initiative and is a team player.
8. Previous experience in similar accounts role
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Sage 50 experience
10. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Basic Windows, Excel, Words, Power Point

The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 08:00am- 17:00pm and Friday 08:00- 16:30pm.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
