Overview
We design, manufacture, and install professional medical storage systems used by NHS Trusts and private hospitals across the UK. As our projects grow in size and complexity, we're looking for a Contract Manager with a passion for high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
This is a hands-on, field-based role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and understands the demands of healthcare installation projects. You'll be the vital link between our clients, project teams, and installers — ensuring that every job runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standard.
What you'll be doing
* Site Visits & Pre-Installation Checks
Attend hospital sites ahead of installations to review conditions, logistics, and readiness.
* Client Liaison
Build strong relationships with project managers, estates teams, and clinical leads — keeping them informed and engaged at every stage.
* Installer Coordination
Work closely with our in-house and subcontracted install teams to ensure smooth delivery and fit-out of storage systems.
* Customer Satisfaction
Take ownership of the customer experience — gathering feedback, resolving issues, and ensuring our service exceeds expectations.
* Project Oversight
Keep projects on schedule and on budget, flagging risks early and supporting efficient decision-making.
What You'll Need
* Proven experience in contract/project management in fit-out, interiors, or specialist installation (medical, lab, or healthcare a plus)
* Strong client-facing skills with a proactive, professional manner
* Excellent organisational and coordination abilities
* Willingness to travel extensively across the UK (some overnight stays)
* Full UK driving licence
* CSCS Card
