Due to our continued success, we now require a Customer Service Administrator to join our team asap as we expand the business. The role will be working as part of our wider Customer Service and Administration team at our Frimley Head office which also houses our distribution team. Working for a well known online retail brand assisting with customer service for multiple brands, you will be assisting with a mixture of customer service tasks both administrative and over the phone/email/webchat. We offer weekly pay, free onsite parking and a modern and friendly team environment. The role would suit candidates with previous customer service experience either gained from an office, retail or hospitality role now seeking to secure a customer service and admin role within a purely office based environment. We will also consider applications from recent College or University leavers seeking their first office job or those looking to return to work after a gap in employment. Duties for the role will include:- Taking inbound customer service calls and responding to resolve queries or provide customer information.
