A Pastry Chef de Partie is required for a boutique luxury hotel that is exclusive to residents only, with no walk-in or outside bookings allowed. You will be working on a stunning estate where many of the food ingredients are sourced directly from the farm's estate.
This role is ideal for a strong Pastry CDP with a fine dining background. As this is a relatively new project, it presents a great opportunity to be part of developing something new.
The venue, located in the South of England, offers live-in accommodation which is a 15-minute drive away. You must have a driving license and a car. The accommodation is situated in a seaside town with shops, bars, and supermarkets.
