We are looking for a Contracts Oversight Manager to support the Professional Services team in managing the contract lifecycle effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing terms and conditions, overseeing complex contracts, and hold the CIPS Contract Management Certification. Experience in creating business systems and managing contract disputes is essential. The role involves collaboration with Procurement, Legal Services, Security, and senior management, including reporting, trend analysis, and strategic contributions. You will also support contract managers organization-wide and may directly manage high-value, high-risk contracts.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Ensure effective performance and supplier management.
2. Conduct stakeholder analysis and mapping for key suppliers and contracts.
3. Identify risks and opportunities for the organization.
4. Challenge contract delivery against KPIs and SLAs.
5. Develop responsibility matrices for contracts.
6. Design training standards for contract managers.
7. Ensure ongoing alignment during contract lifecycles with key functional leads.
8. Create best practice guidance for supplier performance and dispute management.
9. Work with Procurement on processes for supplier debarment.
10. Assist in developing standard contract terms with Procurement and Legal teams.
This role offers remote working with travel to CNC sites as needed.
