MET / Strip & Fit Technician
Location: Fife

We are looking for an experienced MET / Strip & Fit Technician to join our team in Fife, playing a key role in restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition.
Key Responsibilities
14. Strip and refit vehicle components safely and efficiently
15. Dismantle and reassemble vehicles in line with manufacturer repair methods
16. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
17. Remove and refit mechanical, electrical, and trim components
18. Work closely with bodyshop colleagues to ensure smooth workflow
19. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment
Requirements
20. Previous experience as an MET / Strip & Fit Technician in an accident repair/bodyshop environment
21. Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical, electrical, and trim systems
22. ATA accreditation (or working towards) preferred
23. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
24. Professional attitude with pride in quality workmanship
