Your Key Responsibilities Technical Excellence Basic knowledge of excel / Power point is required. Knowledge of power-bi will be desirable Operational Excellence / Day to day responsibilities Assist in drafting policies and procedures related to Tax Service line and Risk management Fluent English language skills (spoken and written) Skills And Attributes To qualify for the role you must have Qualification Assist to perform compliance reviews and other projects assigned to the quality team Evaluate and examine applicable guidelines / policies / SOPs for areas being reviewed to refine testing attributes, identify unmitigated risks and suggest improvements Analyse findings from compliance review to prepare alerts / articles to create awareness. Provide suggestions w.r.t. improvements in guidelines / risk processes to mitigate exceptions / improve existing processes and align it with business requirements Independently prepare management presentation / deck summarizing work done in each review cycle for discussion with leadership Identify and actively contribute to leading key initiatives for the function (such as leverage of analytics, undertaking review of new areas, implementing tool for the function, etc) Support the quality team in quality reporting to the Senior leadership team in addition to other functional roles such Reviews, trainings, etc Contribute significantly towards building strong and effective awareness and consciousness towards compliance requirements within the organization. High Integrity, flexibility, strong sense of ownership and independence. Communicating concisely and effectively (verbally and in writing), in particular, in the context of providing practical advice to business units, and stakeholders on risk management topics.
