RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER FEE EARNER / SOLICITORSOUTHEND-ON-SEA, ESSEX - WFH 2-3£30,000 - £45,000QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Solicitor, to join our well-respected client in Southend-On-Sea, Essex.We are looking for someone with case handling skills to join their friendly and established large residential team. You will be expected to manage a full and varied caseload for roughly 1 to 4 years.The type of residential transactions you should have experience on are:
* sales
* purchase
* leaseholds
* freeholds
* remortgages
* transfers of equity
