The Headteacher, Governing Body, and children at Llanmartin Primary School invite applications for a class teacher position in our Learning Resource Base. The role begins in April 2025 and is initially a Fixed Term position.
We seek an inspirational, innovative, and committed teacher excited to join Llanmartin following our successful Estyn Report (July 2024). The successful candidate will be passionate and highly motivated to achieve excellent outcomes for young people with Additional Learning Needs. They should have current knowledge of curriculum reform in Wales and a passion for developing excellent teaching and learning. They will aim to maximize learning experiences, achievement, and progress.

The selection process includes a lesson observation, followed by interviews for shortlisted candidates, and a school tour. The Governing Body and Local Authority are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All staff and volunteers must share this commitment.
This position is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974) and requires an enhanced DBS check.
