Logirec Recruitment are seeking a reliable and proactive Industrial Estate Caretaker. This is a hands-on, mobile cleaning role requiring a confident individual who can work independently while maintaining a strong presence across the estate.
This position is ideal for someone with previous experience in a similar role who is comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and confident liaising with businesses and visitors.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
• Traffic marshalling and patrolling the estate, identifying and addressing parking issues
• Maintaining and cleaning public areas, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and free from debris or hazards
• Monitoring compliance with Health & Safety policies across the estate
• Liaising with businesses and visitors, providing updates on external/public areas
• Sweeping and general estate cleaning (skip provided)
• Reporting maintenance or safety issues to relevant authorities
• Working closely with the on-site security team
• Writing clear reports where required
• Previous experience in a similar caretaking, estates, facilities, or site role preferred
• Confident communicator with the ability to hold authority when speaking to companies and workers
• Able to work unsupervised and use own initiative
• Physically fit – some heavy lifting required
• Excellent reading and writing skills (report writing required)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Full PPE required
• Monday to Friday working pattern
• Stable, full-time hours
• Varied, active role with autonomy
