Job Requirements of this Teaching Assistant Job in Kings Heath
* Minimum 6 months UK experience in a Primary school
* Strong classroom and behaviour management
* Confident and supporting with learning and behaviour
* Enhanced Child or Child and Adult DBS on the Update service (or willingness to obtain one)
* SEN Experience desirable
Role responsibilities:
* Maintain a safe, positive and productive classroom
* Work collaboratively with Teachers, support staff and SEN teams
* Follow school policies and expectations
* Working with pupils in class, small groups and 1:1
* Working across Key stag 1 and Key stage 2
