Monday-Friday fully office based
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent customer service via Phone and Email always providing a positive experience.
* Handle orders, returns, complaints, and general enquiries promptly and professionally.
* Investigate and resolve delivery, pricing, invoice, and account queries.
* Manage customer complaints, including late, incorrect, or faulty orders.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve complex issues.
* Support the sales team by managing service-related tasks.
* Accurately maintain and update customer records.
* Provide feedback on customer service processes and contribute to improvements.
* Prioritise workload to consistently meet customer expectations and maintain high service standards.
* Ensure all customer and financial information is handled confidentially and securely.
