Children and Young Peoples Worker Llanelli Immediate StartTemp 3 months + We are recruiting for a Children and Young Peoples Worker to support a frontline service working with children and young people affected by domestic abuse. This is a Children and Young Peoples Worker role delivering support, guidance and interventions within a multi-agency environment.The role You will work as a Children and Young Peoples Worker supporting children, young people and families to address needs, improve safety and achieve positive outcomes.Shift pattern
* 35 hours or 16 hours available
Duties
* Providing direct support to children and young people as a Children and Young Peoples Worker
* Completing risk assessments and developing safety and support plans
* Managing a caseload and prioritising work effectively
* Working with families to support positive outcomes and wellbeing
* Liaising with partner agencies and contributing to multi agency meetings
* Promoting emotional wellbeing, resilience and independence
Requirements
* Enhanced DBS required
* Multi agency working required
* Caseload management as a Children and Young Peoples Worker experience ( 1 year)
