The role
As Business Change Analyst, you'll support the delivery of business change activity by applying qualitative and quantitative analysis, producing clear reporting, and presenting data in a way that supports informed decision‑making. Working with the Business Change team and wider business and project teams, you will help identify change impacts, plan activity, and support the realisation of value from business change initiatives across a range of disciplines. You will also contribute to the successful and joined‑up delivery of change activity through the effective use of the Business Change Framework.
Key responsibilities
* Build strong working relationships across business and project teams, delivering clear and effective communication and engagement activities in line with the Business Change Framework to support continuous improvement.
* Liaise with third parties to maintain an effective two‑way flow of information, applying sound judgement to ensure appropriate GDPR compliance controls and approvals in place.
* Create and maintain open, honest and positive communication and engagement channels so that change teams are informed, understand key decisions, and can implement them effectively to improve business performance.
* Support a productive and performance‑focused approach to data, planning and scheduling, encouraging collaboration to resolve issues impacting customer needs.
To be successful in this role, we would like you to have:
* A passion for business change, supported with an understanding of how change impacts people and organisations.
* A curious and innovative mindset, with the confidence to challenge the status quo and explore alternative approaches.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders and deliver reporting requirements on time.
* Strong presentation skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge. Visio and Canva knowledge preferred.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks independently and deliver to deadlines.
