Overview
We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Power Platform Consultant with at least 3 years’ experience delivering robust, scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio. This role is critical to helping our clients unlock the full potential of Microsoft’s low-code ecosystem - driving automation, AI integration, and app innovation across their organisations. Location: Bristol, England, United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and deploy solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents
* Leverage Copilot Studio to create intelligent agents that enhance business processes and end-user experience
* Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, run workshops, and translate business needs into functional solutions
* Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems
* Follow ALM best practices and support governance, documentation, and solution lifecycle management
* Support user adoption, UAT, and training activities, ensuring smooth deployment and maximum value realisation
* Stay current with Microsoft’s product roadmap and bring innovative, AI-driven ideas to clients
Essential Skills & Experience
* 3+ years’ hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform
* Proven delivery of end-to-end solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents
* Experience building and managing AI agents in Copilot Studio
* Strong understanding of Power BI, Dataverse, connectors, permissions, and environment management
* Ability to engage directly with stakeholders and translate technical solutions into business value
* Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
Desirable
* Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-600, or PL-900)
* Experience working within an Agile delivery framework
* Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, or Dynamics 365
