Service Manager - Supported Accommodation Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum Contract: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week) About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead a supported accommodation service for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex behaviours. This is a hands-on leadership role, managing a small caseload of 5-8 individuals while working closely with your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You will be supported by an experienced senior management team and play a key role in shaping and developing the service.
