What You’ll Do
* Provide technical support leadership for production teams.
* Provide documentation and hands‑on support for safety, manufacturing, quality methods, tooling, and equipment.
* Propose, initiate, and validate process improvements to enhance safety, reduce costs, and improve quality.
* Lead design transfers and implement new products into production and design changes.
* Support product label design, creation and implementation.
* Supervise ETL/NRTL factory inspections (Intertek, Nemko, SCA, Curtis Strauss).
* Production KPI follow‑up and statistics, incl. Production yield.
* Degree in Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or equivalent experience.
* Solid knowledge of mechanics, electronics, and software.
* Experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
* Familiarity with medical device standards (ISO 13485, IEC 60601, MDR) is a plus.
You’re a proactive problem‑solver who takes ownership of your work. You’re analytical, structured, and thrive in cross‑functional teams. Strong communication and documentation skills are key to your success.
