We’re on the lookout for a Delivery Commercial Manager to take the lead on our delivery partnerships with platforms like Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat.
You’ll be the key link between our delivery partners and our internal teams - from Commercial and Brand to Operations, IT, and Finance, helping us unlock growth in our £m+ delivery business across the UK and beyond.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Strategic Partnership Management
1. Own and execute Joint Business Plans with major delivery platforms.
2. Lead commercial negotiations and contract renewals with DSPs.
3. Build strong, long-term relationships to secure preferred partner status and unlock co-marketing opportunities.
Promotional Planning & Performance
4. Deliver a strategic annual promotional calendar, aligned to business and brand goals.
5. Manage the delivery advertising budget, optimising campaign setup, execution, and ROI.
6. Track and analyse performance to inform future activity and drive customer acquisition.
Insights & Commercial Impact
7. Use data to run scenario models, track campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.
8. Support key commercial decisions through analysis and forecasting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
9. Partner with internal teams across Operations, Brand, Finance, and Tech to solve challenges and deliver strategic initiatives.
10. Help implement new systems and improve delivery-related tech in collaboration with our Technical Programme Manager.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
11. Proven experience in a commercial, partnerships, or trade marketing role - ideally within food, retail, or tech.
12. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, particularly with third-party platforms.
13. Highly analytical mindset with experience in financial modelling and campaign performance analysis.
14. A track record of managing Joint Business Plans or annual promotional calendars.
15. Comfortable leading cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders.
