We’re looking for a driven Internal Sales Executive to join our team in Basingstoke. You’ll be building customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping clients find the right hardware solutions for their needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive, consultative engagement
* Recommend tailored hardware and infrastructure solutions based on customer needs
* Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets
* Provide accurate quotations, manage your pipeline, and keep CRM data up to date
* Identify new opportunities and drive account growth through cross‑selling
* Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
* 1–2 years of sales experience preferred (B2B or tech sales a bonus)
* Strong communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
* Commercial awareness and a strategic mindset
* Experience with CRM systems and quoting tools (a plus, not a must)
* Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
