JOB Logistics Team Leader Location: West Bromwich Salary: £17.84 per hour About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Logistics Team Leader to oversee pick, pack, and dispatch operations for key product lines on a day shift basis. Based in West Bromwich, this is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive performance, support inventory accuracy, and ensure timely delivery to customers. You'll also play a key part in improving processes, supporting team development, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
