We are now seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Administrator to join our growing Ecommerce team.
The Role
This role combines customer service, marketplace account management, and ecommerce administration. You will support and manage marketplace performance, maintain product listings, respond to customer enquiries, and help ensure all ecommerce KPIs are achieved.
During peak trading periods, you may also support in-house dispatch operations to ensure customer channel KPIs are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Account Management
Manage daily customer enquiries across Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop and Shopify
Respond to email and telephone enquiries promptly and professionally
Resolve disputes, returns and marketplace cases in line with platform policies
Maintain excellent customer service standards to protect marketplace ratings
Marketplace Performance & Metrics
Support and manage marketplace performance metrics, including account health, order defect rate, late dispatch rate and customer response times
Ensure all marketplace KPIs remain within required thresholds
Monitor Seller Central and other marketplace dashboards daily
Proactively identify risks to account health and escalate issues where necessary
Support and manage the tracking and reporting of marketplace performance data
Assist in analysing sales trends and performance insights alongside the Head of eCommerce and eCommerce Channel Manager
Ecommerce Administration
Create and optimise product listings, ensuring titles and descriptions meet marketplace and brand requirements
Ensure new products are uploaded accurately and in a timely manner, particularly ahead of key seasonal trading periods
Review and maintain listings across Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop and other eCommerce channels
Provide administrative support to the Ecommerce Channel Manager and Head of Ecommerce in achieving team KPIs
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in an ecommerce or administrative role
Has working knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, eBay or TikTok Shop (Amazon Seller Central experience advantageous)
Demonstrates excellent attention to detail
Is highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
Can work independently and meet deadlines
Has strong written and verbal communication skills
Is confident using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Has a proactive, positive and flexible approach to work
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
Occasional weekend work during peak trading periods
