Responsibilities
As a Support Worker / Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
* Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs
* Spend time out and about supporting one of our children for a few hours
* Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing)
* Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition
* Support with medication
* Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning
* Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for
* Double rate on Bank Holidays
* Full induction and ongoing expert training
* Uniform and PPE provided
* Regular support and ongoing career development
* Friendly, inclusive team with 24/7 support
* Free DBS
* £300 recommend a friend scheme

Requirements
* A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
* Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
* Ability to follow care plans
* Previous care experience is beneficial but not a necessity as full training will be provided
* Full Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
