What you'll be doing Working 1-1 and in small groups with students who have Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them learn, grow and build confidence. Supporting teachers to deliver engaging, creative lessons that meet individual needs. Encouraging pupils' emotional wellbeing, resilience and positive behaviour, helping them build self-confidence and social skills. Providing calm, consistent supervision during learning activities, break time and off-site trips. Contributing to an inclusive environment where students feel safe and valued. What we're looking for Experience working with children or young people with SEMH or SEN needs is highly desirable. Experience in roles such as care, youth work, sports coaching or working with vulnerable individuals is also relevant. Ability to build trusting relationships, remain calm and positive under pressure, and work as part of a supportive team.
