Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Your Move into Tech Sales Location: South Wales (Swansea/Hybrid – ~3 days in office) Salary: £30k–£35k Base Uncapped Commission (OTE £45k) We are recruiting for a successful, fast-growing technology company. Unlike risky start-ups that might not be here in six months, this is an established business growing 25% every year. They are secure, they are hiring, and they pay their bonuses on time. They are building a new "Hunter" sales team and need hungry, ambitious SDRs to build the pipeline alongside experienced Account Execs. Whether you are a veteran looking for a path to closing, or a grinder looking to break in, we want to hear from you. You could be: The Experienced SaaS Pro (2 Years Exp) You know the game inside out. You consistently hit quota, but you are ready for the next step. You want a clear pathway to Account Executive (Closing) or Team Leadership, and you want to work with a product that actually delivers. The SaaS "Next Stepper" (6–12 Months Exp) You have cut your teeth in your first Tech sales role. You know the basics, but you want a better product, better commission, and to learn from senior mentors. The "High-Grit" Pivot (Non-SaaS) You come from a high-volume sales background (e.g. Recruitment, Insurance, Commercial Waste, Vehicle Leasing, etc.). You are used to making 60 dials a day. You are hardened to rejection and work incredibly hard, but you are tired of selling a commodity. You want to pivot into Tech where the career ceiling is much higher. The Role Hunt & Uncover: You will be the first point of contact for HR Directors and L&D Leaders in the Public Sector and Commercial markets. Phone Fearlessness: You aren't hiding behind email. You are picking up the phone, getting past gatekeepers, and booking quality meetings. Commercial Literacy: You aren't just reading a script. You are researching prospects to understand their problems and engaging them in real business conversations. Pipeline Builder: You will use professional tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to organize your day and manage your deals. Requirements This Job Is For You If You Have "The Hunger": You treat sales as a career, not 'just a job'. You may want to move up to a closing Account Executive role within 12-18 months. You Are Resilient: You don't take "no" personally. Whether you learned this in Recruitment or Telesales, you view rejection as just part of the process. You Are Coachable: You are ready to listen, learn, and adapt your style. You Are Local: You are based in South Wales (Swansea/Cardiff/M4 Corridor) and thrive in a collaborative office environment 3 days a week. Benefits Why Apply?
