Marketing Campaign Professional
Promoting value for international clients through digital and content marketing campaigns.
This role involves working in tandem with internal sales colleagues towards a shared goal of ongoing client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities include:
* Responsible for all aspects of campaign delivery for allocated clients, including project management and coordination.
* Maximise revenue efficiently and within set timeframes, overseeing editorial and marketing operations teams to ensure quality and timeliness to deadlines.
* Providing excellent client-facing customer service, through regular and proactive calls, emails and some face-to-face meetings.
* Building long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
* Regularly reviewing the performance of campaigns against expectations, and proactively working with other teams to improve results if needed.
A key aspect of this role is working collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality results and drive business growth.
